Though the specialty at Ford Farm is sparkling hard cider made from the farm’s own apples, Ford Farm also raises a small herd of Highland cattle, who graze on natural pasture and alfalfa hay, with only natural mineral supplements added to their feed. Tails and Trotters
Raised on a small farm in Washington, the Tails and Trotters pigs are fed a special “finishing” diet for their last 60–90 days where a large portion of their feed is replaced with hazelnuts. Corn and soybeans are never fed, and their feeds are 100% GMO free. They are also never administered antibiotics, hormones, growth stimulants, or animal byproducts in any form.
